Unit 108 is a ground floor one-bedroom/one-bath corner unit with an extended living room and an ocean fronting lanai. You have direct beach and surf access from your private lanai door. No need to carry Costco or surfboards upstairs. Awesome ground level access makes for a true North Kaanapali Beach experience. All of the upgrades are wonderful, including a walk-in shower. This unit is self-managed and enjoys a wonderful return guest occupancy.
The Maui Kai has completed an entire renovation, including new elevators, paint and spalling project. The assessment to pay for the work will be paid in full by the end of November 2018.
Your monthly maintenance fees include your utilities, water, sewer, cable, exterior maintenance, groundskeeping, exterior insurance and the reserve.
